ManpowerGroup, a world leader in workforce solutions, has announced that ManpowerGroup Taiwan was the only employment services company to win top honors in the Private Employment Services Agency Evaluation by the Taiwan Council of Labor Affairs (CLA) and the Department of Labor (DOL), Taipei City Government.

ManpowerGroup was compared with 71 competitors in the Taiwanese market, and was the only company to win the two honors in the same year. In CLA’s evaluation, ManpowerGroup Taiwan secured “Class A” and scored 95 points out of 100, with perfect scores in the categories of service quality, quality management and no penalties for breach of law. DOL gave ManpowerGroup 91 points out of 100 and acquired nearly perfect scores in service quality and quality management.

To gauge the service quality of private employment service agencies, the CLA and DOL conduct rigorous evaluations annually with specific and objective indicators including service quality, ethics and quality management.
